About
As a mixed-media artist and Portland, Oregon native. I’m deeply shaped by the nature and culture of the Pacific Northwest. Its openness, mood, and expressive individuality all feed my work. I’ve spent years exploring spirit, psyche, and the mirror-like nature of awareness, and that exploration inevitably weaves itself into my paintings.
For a long time, I kept my creative expression private. Painting was something I did quietly in tucked-away moments, unsure whether what lived inside me belonged in public view. Sharing my work now is a gesture of self-trust, an opening, a decision to let my inner landscapes be seen. It represents the ongoing conversation between the external world and the internal one.
My work shapeshifts the way the inner world does, always moving, revealing, hiding, and transforming again. I try not to stop at moments of uncertainty or doubt. Instead, I keep pressing forward into the unknown, allowing abstraction to guide me toward a sense of completion I can feel rather than define.
I create from intuition, curiosity, and flow. My pieces invite viewers into that gentle meeting place where form and feeling overlap, where color hums, and where something subtle yet alive begins to take shape. I’m currently developing a growing body of paintings rooted in motion, color vibration, and intuitive mapping, letting shapes wander, collide, and reorganize until the piece finds its own direction. My hope is that these paintings offer a world of freedom, flow, and the unexpected.
