Creative Conversations ~
Sessions with Kelley
I offer one on one sessions that assist humans to find spaces of wellbeing and wisdom within themselves.
My intention in this work is to help people to find a multitude of creative ways that assist to transform our suffering into more ease and creativity. Simply showing up with this intention with care and an honoring attitude can help create a profound space. Within this space new levels of insights and remembrances can take place. When a client gets an insight, I encourage them to not take that for granted. The little or big insights that appear in our minds and hearts can have the power to change our lives in ways that are hardly imaginable. I encourage myself and my clients to lean into this direction of exploration.
I define wellbeing as a quiet, deep, and creative inner knowing about life. It's not based on my state of mind or my up and down moods. Actually wellbeing to me is not based on any experience or circumstance. Life never needs to appear any particular way for there to be more wellbeing in it.
I am a mystery. A mystery is never known, but within it there is a knowing. It's paradoxical by nature. All I can continue to do is follow the breadcrumbs of this knowing in the direction of peace, honesty, willingness, and fun. Fun for me is the direction of subtle freedom one can find in any moment. Even in the most terrifying moments one can find exquisite beauty, subtle or overt freedom and yes, fun. For me finding the tiniest little opening amongst a seemingly impossible life circumstance is where the gift is. That tiny little opening can grow into more openings, and eventually the whole life can be filled with much more spacious and joyful explorations and gifts.
Sessions...
Coming from an open-minded, open-hearted space we collaborate and explore together oftentimes discovering creative insights and deeper understandings into any issue that is brought up.
Some things we look at in a session are;
How we innocently use our thinking for or against ourselves.
How to recognize that still quiet voice amongst all the internal noise.
How to simply be with our experience of the moment, no matter what is going on, with acceptance and grace.
What I love about working with people is how creative and spontaneous the process is. This keeps things fresh and alive for both of us. I also love how we come to the table as equals. In a given session, we are equal contributors to the creative exploration. Even though I might hold the role as the facilitator, I am learning and listening to hear your wisdom. It is a creative and collaborative meeting, where both of us are learning and gaining new insights and wisdom.
Life is an explorative experiment, gifting us an opportunity to experience each moment freshly.
In my experience finding the tiniest little openings amongst a seemingly impossible life situation is where the gold is. I see life as a series of tiny moments, how we use these tiny moments is crucial to building our sense of ground, sanity, and joy. Each tiny moment that we open to with creative care and thoughtfulness has the potential to grow into more and more beautiful moments.
I want to encourage myself and those around me that even if our life is filled with what seems like insurmountable obstacles, those obstacles are happening within all these tiny numerous moments. If one were to take a microscopic look into each and every tiny moment within a day, I bet one would find thousands or millions of exquisite, magical, and amazingly beautiful experiences.
I am both certified as a Living Inquiries Facilitator and a Rewilder Guide.

Kelley and I have been meeting once a week for the past several months for our creative chats, and creative they have been! In the past 3 years I have lost both of my grown children to cancer. I, myself, have over 40 years experience of either listening to and supporting others. Nevertheless, I am learning how I have been blindsided by my own grief. The chats with Kelley have enabled me to rediscover the light within and the courage to share both the dark and the light. Kelley is and lives every word she has written on her website. In life, "change is the name of the game." Kelley knows this, and I know that she knows this, and she knows that I know this. So we never know which way life might move, but by meeting and chatting we are finding gratitude for life in all its forms. Our meetings are planned, but damn near anything can emerge in our heart to heart chats. Chatting with Kelley is a unique experience that I would wish for everyone.

Kelley, in a session, moved me from deep pain from a hurtful situation to seeing the many layers behind that particular situation; I call this 'thinking in layers' which allows a person to see 4, 5 even 6 layers beyond the 'initial' thought/pain/moment. This was extremely helpful for that day- for that moment via that session. And ongoing- Kelley's sessions where she pushes you into deeper layers of processing, teaches us how to think deeper in all situations; this result is a higher level of awareness, more empathy which in turn- leads to internal and external peace in my life. I encourage you to call Kelley in any situation, not just to help you get through that 'tough moment', but also to gain skills essential in living a better life for you and those around you. Mikal D.
We often focus on the body but getting help with the mind is a necessity. As a perspective coach Kelley really helps me find the exploring edge in my thinking. Matthew H.
When I met Kelley a few years ago, I was immediately impressed by her deep willingness to look. Since then, we've walked alongside each other as we both traverse the rocky outcrops of awakening, navigating places that can't be touched by trainings, teachings or methodologies, holding the space for each other as the unraveling takes place in its own unique ways. I know from my own deep experience with Kelley that she can be fully present with people as they inquire into even the most painful places. Kelley is a dear friend, fellow traveler, and very accomplished facilitator, and I highly recommend her.

Kelley Duilio is an exceptional mindfulness guide and living inquiries facilitator. She has accompanied me during retreats and has worked at my mindfulness based addiction recovery center - the Kiloby Center. Kelley intuitively understands people and how to help them untangle the knots of their suffering. Her input and skills are highly valuable at the Center and her insights are spot on. Highly recommended!

I love the way you guided us in establishing an organic flow: the cue to allow feelings and pauses and then let things settle in by holding presence and allowing the next thing to bubble up works so well! Your cue set up the space for us to co-lead with grace and integration. Kali
I have had two sessions in Living Inquiries with Kelley and am excited to continue this exploration with her. Hurtful beliefs and conditioning that seem so solid and real lose their power as Kelley gently guides me through the inquiries. Somehow, in this process, it becomes clear that the mental story I'm telling myself is not really who I am, and the emotional pain that came with the story just goes. It is so liberating! I highly recommend Kelley for anyone who wants to be free of old, debilitating patterns and beliefs.

During a time of intense grief, Kelley's gentle, compassionate presence and spirit-led insights have opened me up to a deeper perspective, allowing me greater freedom and inspiration to disown some limiting beliefs and to see myself and another in my circumstance through the lens of love and a deeper understanding.

Kelley is an absolute delight to work with. She has been helping us at The Kiloby Center, and our clients love her as well. She is clear and compassionate and is exceptionally skilled at gently guiding one into their fears, traumas and addictions, helping them find the freedom they so desperately long for. I highly recommend her as a facilitator of the Living Inquiries.

Kelley Duilio was skillfully sensitive to listening to the murmurs and mumblings of my under-psyche gently leading me into whole inner-worlds who's doors for years I've been trying to batter down through exhaustive efforting. Kelley, by gently guiding and holding space for deeper and deeper peering, helped me to find that the keys were, and are, in my pocket all along. Within the first hour of our first session, she imparted the very heart of her technique unto me - no secrets- enabling and empowering me to work with my inner, unconscious child in deeper, fuller, and softer ways. There was no integration period - the shifts just happened, and to this moment, have lasted. I've worked with many incredible and even renowned healers, and Kelley is unique for her humility, her grace, and her natural, embodied talent of teaching the very arts she has applied to herself. Her power and attentiveness is piercing, though truly subtle, fluid, and in no way overbearing, pretentious, or assuming. She made sure to check in with my comfort before we dove into deeper waters, making the work deeply transformative, safe, and even fun, too. I feel better versed in listening and applying the messages that my mind-body-heart are constantly transmitting to me through images, words, and sense-feelings that I previously took for granted. There is stronger rapport between my waking and dreaming self now, and my inner world shines brighter. I feel more whole. I am deeply grateful for Kelley's offerings, and each day I work with her will be a blessing.
